Pat grew up playing with wrenches and disassembling things he shouldn't have as a little guy. He built some do it yourselfer skills while growing up by watching others and trying to repair on his own. In high school he worked on the family car and friends' cars.
While in the Army he performed maintenance and repairs on the large truck assigned to him. He found the work was enjoyable. His professional career started shortly after getting out of the Army.
He received training from many evening seminars, multi-day classes at the GM Training Center in Dedham, MA. The lion's share of his knowledge came from research and study. The speed of technological changes occurring in the 80's and 90's was something previously unseen. Pat read periodicals, new service manuals and all things technical to keep up with advancing technology regarding automobiles.
In 1977 he tested and passed all 7 ASE automotive tests to become among the first group of ASE Master Technicians in CT. In the late 90's he moved into the office to manage the business. In his off time Pat enjoys bow hunting, fishing with his wife Dorene and splitting wood.
Mark went to Porter and Chester Institute in 1989 and graduated with a certificate fo automotive technology. Mark has taken many classes over the almost 30 years of being in the auto repair industry. He is ASE certified Master L1, and ASE light diesel certified. State emissions certified and has taken many classes for BMW, Audi, Mini, Volvo and extensive extra general repairs including diesel. On weekends you can find him out hiking the trails or fishing in the local hot spot.
Tyler went to the BMW STEP program at Mass Bay Community College. After the completion of the 2 year program in 2014, he received an Associates Degree in Automotive Science with a concentration in BMW. This program was entirely on new BMW's designed to train students to become dealership technicians. Included with the program was a minimum 500 hour internship at a BMW approved dealership. Tyler also has experience working on Audi and Mini. On weekends you can find him on the slopes snowboarding or at the racetrack as a crew member or driver.
